I actually completely finished Chick's first year scrapbook! It's the only scrapbook that I have completed (the others I keep working on here and there). I'm relieved to have it done, since soon I'll have a new "first year" book to start.
My policy is to do a full album of the first year, but after that I'll only do a layout or two per year (as an overview, unless there's a really special occasion). That's the only way that I can think of to keep things equal among kids--everyone says that the more kids you have the less the late comers get.
Anyhow, hooray for productivity!

Wow. I'm impressed. Three of my boys have very un-finished scrapbooks. I don't think the fourth has anything at all. Sigh. Scrapping is just not my forte. Maybe I'll just print out all the blog posts about him. LOL.
WooHoo!! Congrats! I started Lea's first year book when she was about 2 and still hasn't been finished.. I bought all the paper for Luther's but haven't done anything at all. It is really true about the later siblings thing... I have a really cool completed baby book (I'm the oldest) and my littlest sister has just a book with her name and the dates filled out. You've definitely motivated me to get back into doing ours. Thanks <3
I'm a bit behind on Lukes first year scrapbook, but really since hes not 1 yet, I'm thinking I can catch up! I like your idea of diong a few per year after the first. Maybe i can keep uf if I do something like that!
