This is more of a "note to self" post...I think this quilt is really cool & thought I'd post it so that I remember it someday when I decide to tackle another quilt.
I made a quilt just like that a few years ago. It turned out very pretty.
But I was burned-out from sewing when I finished it. It was very heavy and kind of hard to sew towards the end. And it uses the zig-zag stitch so much, I think it used 20 or more spools of thread.

I wonder if it would turn out if using cotton jersey? I could test it out with some old t-shirts...it would definitely be comfy....
