Well, it's almost time. I gave myself half a month of sloth, but on Monday it's time to get real & start eating right & exercising more.

I am working on weight loss too, and you know starting a diet right before the holidays must mean both you and me are a little crazy.
Because I know what works for me, I doing a low carb plan - mostly eggs for breakfast, meat with 2 or more veggies for lunch and supper, a few nuts or PB or cheese for snacks.

I'd love in :) I too am going to get serious about this weight loss thing. I want to start in January though b/c I have absolutely no willpower whatsoever and I know I wouldn't make it through my mom's baking abilities this season...
Sorry, but between pregnancy and all of the yummy things you only get to eat at Christmas, I'm on a weight-gain plan right now. I'm just going to enjoy it and consider skinniness as an option when it's all over.
me too me too. We can compare notes and encourage each other as we go along.
However, I say a new mom gets 2 months sloth, minimum. :)

More power to ya! BUT...my doc says always give myself a month to heal up, those abs especially--no sit ups! Walking is great, but still go easy on the lifting. You look great, and your little family is soooooo cute!
