Poor little Moose will be so outnumbered! Maybe someday we'll get him a dog.
Dressing twin girls will be so much more fun than dressing boys! But now I have two blessing dresses to make (if they'd been boys then I'd only have done bow ties).
The ultrasound tech took a really great picture at the end of both babies together, but didn't include it in the pictures that she printed, and it's not on the CD (???).
Anyhow, other good news: My placenta is up out of the dangerous range, and my cervix is not shortening! Yay! I did have a lot of cramping last week, but we have ruled out the three most dangerous (in my opinion) reasons (I also was tested for a bladder infection, which I don't have). I guess maybe I just need to drink more water.
Both little girls are developing right on track and everything seemed pretty equal. They both were kicking each other, but they really don't have much leg room, so I guess it's okay.
Here's a little video:
All in all, it was a very reassuring ultrasound! And a special thank you to my parents, who rescheduled their day to come watch the kids with very little advanced notice! It was nice to have them there, but it was also nice to not have to worry about them when they got bored with the ultrasound.
